Log in to Chase Online Banking

Go to chase.com and sign in with your username and password. If you use the Chase Mobile app, you can also download statements from there.

Navigate to Statements & Documents

Once logged in, click on the account you want to download a statement for. Then look for the "Statements" or "Statements & Documents" link in the account menu. On desktop, this is typically in the left sidebar or under the account details tab.

Select and Download Your Statement

You'll see a list of available statements by date. Click on the statement period you want to download. Chase will open the statement as a PDF in your browser. Click the download icon or use Ctrl+S (Cmd+S on Mac) to save the PDF file to your computer.
