Log in to Wells Fargo Online Banking

Go to wellsfargo.com and sign in with your username and password. You can also access your statements through the Wells Fargo Mobile app.

Navigate to Statements & Documents

Once logged in, click on the account you want to download a statement for. Select the "Statements & Documents" link from the account menu. On desktop, you can also find this under the "Account Summary" page by clicking the "More Actions" dropdown.

Select and Download Your Statement

You'll see a list of available statements sorted by date. Click on the statement you want to download. Wells Fargo will display the statement as a PDF. Click the download icon or use Ctrl+S (Cmd+S on Mac) to save the PDF file to your computer.
