Log in to PNC Online Banking

Go to pnc.com and sign in with your User ID and password. You can also access your statements through the PNC Mobile app.

Navigate to Statements & Documents

Once logged in, select the account you want to download a statement for. Click on "Statements & Documents" in the account menu. On desktop, this option is located under the "Customer Service" tab or within the individual account details page.

Select and Download Your Statement

You'll see a list of available statements organized by date. Click on the statement period you want to download. PNC will open the statement as a PDF in your browser. Click the download icon or use Ctrl+S (Cmd+S on Mac) to save the PDF file to your computer.
