How to Download Your Citi Bank Statement

Log in to Citibank Online Banking

Go to citi.com and sign in with your User ID and password. You can also access your statements through the Citi Mobile app.

Navigate to Statements

Once logged in, select the account you want to download a statement for. Click on the "Statements" tab within your account view. For credit card accounts, look for "Statements, Tax & Legal Documents" under the "Services" menu.

Select and Download Your Statement

You'll see a list of available statements organized by billing period. Click on the statement date you want to download. Citibank will open the statement as a PDF in your browser. Click the download icon or use Ctrl+S (Cmd+S on Mac) to save the PDF file to your computer.
