Log in to KeyBank Online Banking

Go to key.com and sign in with your User ID and password. You can also access your statements through the KeyBank Mobile app.

Navigate to Statements & Documents

Once logged in, select the account you want to download a statement for. Click on "Statements & Documents" from the account menu. On desktop, this is available under "Account Services" or by clicking the "Documents" link within your account details.

Select and Download Your Statement

You'll see a list of available statements organized by date. Click on the statement period you want to download. KeyBank will open the statement as a PDF in your browser. Click the download icon or use Ctrl+S (Cmd+S on Mac) to save the PDF file to your computer.
