Log in to Citizens Bank Online Banking

Navigate to Statements & Documents

Once logged in, select the account you want to download a statement for. Click on "Statements & Documents" in the account menu. On desktop, you can find this under the "Accounts" tab by selecting the specific account and then clicking "Statements" in the submenu.

You'll see a list of available statements organized by date. Click on the statement period you want to download. Citizens Bank will open the statement as a PDF in your browser. Click the download icon or use Ctrl+S (Cmd+S on Mac) to save the PDF file to your computer.
